COMMUNITY INPUT
Wynn Joyce Park is a unique landscape, comprised of a variety of ecosystems including wetlands, Texas blackland prairie, and southeastern great plains forest, as well as being located adjacent to Lake Ray Hubbard, home to many aquatic habitats. Envisioned to grow and become a community gathering space for generations to enjoy, Wynn Joyce Park offers potential for a variety of activities, programming, and preservation, due to its existing landscapes and wide open fields.
The City of Garland along with TBG Partners aims to have a community engagement process where neighbors have a voice in creating a dynamic community space and informing programming activities. Our goal is to create a community space that reflects the City of Garland's values and those who live there. We are asking the community to participate in the Wynn Joyce Park development process.
