Revenue Recovery Division bills and collects for services performed due to code violations. If not paid, a lien is filed and gives the City of Garland the right to hold the property as security until the amount due is paid-in-full.
Late Payments
Late payments are subject to 10% interest compounded annually if not paid on or before the due date. A release of lien is processed once the payment is received.
Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fees
Revenue Recovery Department oversees and monitors the billing and collection of EMS fees.
