Sometimes standard trash collection is not enough. That's why we offer weekly pick-up of brush and bulky goods.
On your regular collection day, simply place brush and bulky items between the sidewalk and curb in your front yard by 7:00 a.m. We accept four categories of items, and each should be placed in a separate, distinct pile.
Limbs and tree trunks
Bags of leaves and grass
Bulky items, except for appliances. These might include furniture and construction debris.
Appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.
Tips to help us provide excellent service:
Lawn waste may be placed at curbside any day. All other bulky items may only be placed at curbside after 6:00 a.m. on the day before your scheduled collection.
Do not park vehicle in front of waste on day of collection. Blocked waste will not be collected because of the risk of damaging the parked vehicle.
Avoid placing waste near mailbox, cable box, sprinkler heads, overhanging limbs or other stationary items.
Residents may place construction/demolition waste at curbside only four times during each calendar year.

When you let us pick up your brush and bulky items:
Clean wood waste (tree trunks, tree limbs, shrubs that are 6 inches or less in diameter and are separated from other bulky waste) is chipped into landscape mulch rather than taking up valuable space in our landfill. This mulch is available free of charge to residents.
Appliances are recycled for scrap metal.
