Rates are established by Code of Ordinance.  We do not have any hidden charges.  Rates are reviewed annually during the budget development process.  Any increase or decrease in rates must be approved by the City Council. 
 
Although our industry today continues to be burdened with non-controllable changes in environmental regulations and fuel prices, and those costs have affected all suppliers equally and substantially in the last few years.  Landfill cover material, engineering and environmental testing and maintenance of environmental systems are some of the factors affecting the industry.  However, all of the costs of doing business are included in our rates.
