The Customer Service Department provides new account, meter reading, billing and collection services for all utilities, including electric service from Garland Power & Light and water sanitation, sewer and storm water management from the City of Garland.  (This does not include natural gas service.)

Customer Service is now part of Garland Power and Light.  This change enables Customer Service to develop new and improved services for utility customers.
