Requirements

Screening walls are required for any residential subdivision that is adjacent to a major thoroughfare and for any commercial project that is adjacent to a residential neighborhood.

All documents should be submitted on a USB in PDF format; with a paper copy of the Commercial Building Permit Application

All screening walls must meet City Standards.
